Man I just started this journey again. I'm on day 40..I got kicked out my gf of 5 years and staying with my folks...I. fuckin miserable! I'm in AA have a sponsor but my minds is scrambled due to the Break up which stemmed from a booze relapse. I can't get comfortable anywhere. Hitting the gym twice a day. On TRT as well. Our stories are similar regarding when and how we started etc...thanks for putting it out for others who struggle.

Man i experience depersonalization every day and it’s so hard to cope with sometimes. I’m so anxious I can barely talk or interact with people in public and it makes me very depressed. I also have probably the worst sleep schedule of anyone I know. I’ve felt like shit for a long time and I think I need some sort of testosterone therapy. Idk who to talk to about getting tested for it or where I would start that process. Any help or recommendations would be appreciated.

My first panic attack happened out of the blue when I was hungover one day. I have a feeling it was because I drank about 12 pre-mix sugary bourbon and coke cans, so the sugar and caffeine probably set me off. I was laying on the couch hungover as usual watching The Simpsons and suddenly I felt this wave of panic hit me and I sat up and my heart was pumping fast and I was terrified for no reason. I remember it was a Treehouse of Horror episode where Maggie turned Homer into a goose with broomsticks for arms and I felt like crying because I was THAT scared of the horror I saw on TV. It lasted maybe 5 minutes, but it was terrifying. Luckily it only happened a few more times over my drinking career, eventually I became such a big drinker that I think the panic attacks gave up on me because they knew I wasn't heeding their warnings that I had to stop my alcohol intake. I'm 1 year, 9 months sober today :)

This video was informative for me. I believe I have an avoidant personality disorder, along with all the self esteem and social anxiety issues that come with it. I do have low-T and was expecting it to fix everything. I imagine even if it doesn't fix everything I'll still feel a bit better and less hopeless.

Brother, I was on Trt I face the same problem I was up and down and up and down and then one doctor save me two goddamn self someone told me to go to a doctor in one of my Bible studies and she recommends me take 5000 IU of vitamin D daily and 400 mg of magnesium daily and I’ve been 10 times better than the first week was like. I was a whole new me after four days no anxiety, depression, and All to speak of and I was really bad off bro real bad

I can tell you were messed up in the head when you say you were deathly ill in on the video when you say, it just feels nice to not be alone while you’re doing it I can tell that’s the voice in the words of someone on the brink of suicide people might think that I am jumping to conclusions, but when a man start sounding a little emotional like that, I’ve been through it behind those words or someone who’s contemplating not even wanting to be alive anymore you can just tell I’ve been there
